Refund policy
GoodBrother merch is made to order by our print partner, so returns work a little differently than a typical store. Please read this before you buy.
Made-to-order items
Every item is produced on demand specifically for your order. For this reason we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or for the wrong size being ordered. Please check the size guide on each product page before you check out.
Damaged, defective, or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or you received the wrong item, we'll make it right. Email info@goodbrother.io within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue, and we'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
Refunds
Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method. It can take a few business days for your bank or card provider to post it.
Lost or delayed orders
If tracking shows no movement or your order hasn't arrived within the expected window, contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
