Terms of service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the GoodBrother online store and your purchase of any products from it (the "Store"). By using the Store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
- Who we are. The Store is operated by GoodBrother ("we", "us"). Reach us at info@goodbrother.io.
2. Eligibility. You must be able to form a legally binding contract to order. Ordering for a company means you are authorised to do so.
3. Products and made-to-order fulfilment. Products are printed and fulfilled on demand by a third-party print partner. Mockups are illustrative; slight variation in colour, print placement, and finish is normal for print-on-demand and is not a defect.
4. Pricing and payment. Prices are shown per product and payable in full at checkout. We may update prices, products, and availability at any time, and may cancel and refund an order listed with an obvious pricing or description error.
5. Orders. Your order is an offer to buy; a contract forms when we accept and begin production. We may refuse or cancel an order at our discretion, including suspected fraud or breach of these Terms.
6. Shipping, returns and refunds. Governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these Terms.
7. Intellectual property. All GoodBrother names, logos, artwork, and designs are owned by GoodBrother and may not be used without written permission. Buying a product transfers no rights in the artwork.
8. Acceptable use. Do not misuse the Store, interfere with its operation, or use it unlawfully.
9. Disclaimers and liability. The Store is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot be excluded.
10. Governing law. Laws of the United Arab Emirates; UAE courts have jurisdiction, unless mandatory local consumer law where you live provides otherwise.
11. Changes. We may update these Terms; the version in force is the one published here when you order.
